SPINNA Circle is delighted to be working with NatWest bank to develop a bespoke business mentoring programme, specifically tailored to the needs of female entrepreneurs in fashion and textiles. The new programme launched on 20th September 2013 at the NatWest Office in Drummonds Bank and was attended by seven female entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds.

Adopting best practises at SSE London – linking women in the UK
SPINNA Circle Founder and Director Rupa Ganguli won a place on the highly competitive start up course run by School for Social Entrepreneurs (SSE) with project ‘SPINNA Circle’ for the 2013-2014 cohort in London. Through a focused selection process, with extensive jury panels and interviews, the programme aims to select the top concepts and supports the development of these early stage social enterprises through the process of becoming sustainable businesses. The programme is made up of study blocks as well as action group learning sets and mentoring elements. Lloyds Banking Group and Big Lottery UK through their partnership with the SSE run the one year programme across the UK. Empowering women in Central Asia – setting up SPINNA Circle hubs
